仕事内容	国内リゾート施設を中心に法人向けメディアプロモーション及びWEBプロモーション全般の企画営業をお任せします。 ＜業務詳細＞ 従来はスキー場や関連企業への営業がメインでしたが、新領域へ展開するため、地方自治体や観光・旅行関連業界へも、プロモーションの企画提案も行い、各種ソリューションの企画・提案を通じ、 集客や業績アップをお手伝いするお仕事となります！ クライアント先によっては、訪問先へ出張し、ご提案いただきますので、お車の運転できる方歓迎です！

Job Title	Corporate Sales Representative [Full-time]

Job Description	We are looking for a Corporate Sales Representative specialized in skiing and snowboarding to plan and execute media and web promotions targeting corporate clients primarily at domestic resort facilities. ＜ob Details＞ Previously, our main focus was on sales to ski resorts and related businesses. However, to expand into new territories, we will now also plan and propose promotions to local governments and the tourism/travel industry. Through the planning and proposal of various solutions, this role will involve assisting in attracting customers and improving business performance. Depending on the client, there may be a need to visit them for proposals, so candidates who can drive are welcome!
Ideal candidate profile	・Proactive individuals who can think independently and take initiative. ・Those who can actively gather and disseminate information. ・Individuals who resonate with implay's vision. ・People who can think critically and make proposals based on essence. ＜Desired Skills＞ ・Experience in corporate sales. ・Experience in IT-related tasks. ・Basic computer skills. ・Possession of a driver's license. Preferred : Experience in advertising agencies or the winter sports industry.
Salary	Monthly salary from ¥270,000～ with an annual income expectation of over ¥4,000,000 *Salary will be determined based on age, skills, and experience. The above amount includes fixed overtime pay (35 hours/month, starting from ¥60,000). Additional pay for overtime will be provided.
Bonus and Promotion	Bonuses: Yes (2 months' worth based on last year's performance) Promotions: Twice a year (July and December)
Allowances	Commuting allowance, job duty allowance, position allowance, overtime allowance, business trip allowance, etc.
Holidays and Leave	Year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, maternity/paternity leave, anniversary holidays, paid leave.
